Due to the 2026 Annual Housing Benefit uprating and Council Tax debit raise, our systems will not be available from 10am Friday 27 February until 10am Monday 2 March

This means that we will not be able to deal with your Benefit or Council Tax enquiries in person or on the phones over this period.

You will still be able to make a claim for benefits or report a change of circumstances online; however you will not be able to view your account online.

We apologise for any inconvenience this unavoidable downtime may cause.

Maidenhall Primary School Closure

Maidenhall Primary School will be closed on Friday 27 February 2026 due to a gas leak.

The school will re-open on Monday 2 March.
