Scheduled maintenance

Due to the Annual 2020 Housing Benefit Uprating and Council Tax Debit Raise, our systems will not be available from 10am Friday 21 February until 10am Monday 24 February 2020.

This means that we will not be able to deal with your benefit or Council Tax enquiries in person or on the phones over this period.

You will still be able to make a claim for benefits or report a change of circumstances online; however you will not be able to view your account online. We apologise for any inconvenience this unavoidable downtime may cause.
