Scheduled maintenance

Due to the annual 2018 Housing Benefit and Council Tax uprating, our systems will not be available between 10am Friday 16th until 10am Monday 19th February, 2018. This means that we will not be able to deal with your Benefit or Council Tax enquiries in person or on the phones over this period. You will still be able to make a claim for benefits or report a change of circumstances on line; however you will not be able to view your account on line. We apologise for any inconvenience this unavoidable downtime may cause.
