All council services, including our Customer Services call centre and service centre, will be closed on the following days:
- Christmas Day (Thursday 25 December 2025)
- Boxing Day (Friday 26 December 2025)
- New Year's Day (Thursday 1 January 2026)
We will be open on Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24 December 2025) and New Year's Eve (Wednesday 31 December 2025) and will close to the public at 3pm.
You can continue to email or visit the Luton Council website where you can find information, contact email addresses and emergency contact numbers.
Normal opening times will resume from Friday 2 January 2026.
