It is our intention to continue the cumulative impact policy also known as a ‘CIP’ in Luton. We're proposing to remove High Town from the CIP area and extend the area to cover Central ward and a proportion of the South ward.

The cumulative impact Policy is a separate document to the overall licensing policy and is reviewed every three years. If agreed the policy will take effect once adopted.
