Pay my rent

Your rent is due in advance every week on a Monday. There are a number of ways you can pay.

 
You can check your rent balance, print a statement, and link to online payment using tenancy self-service.

Pay by credit or debit card using our 24 hour automated telephone system on
0300 456 2725. You can also call the Customer Service Centre on 01582 546620. Lines are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am until 5pm and Wednesday 10am until 5pm.

We recommend that you listen to all payment options to ensure the correct one is chosen for a successful payment.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the simplest, safest, and most secure way to pay your rent. You can also choose the best payment date to suit you.  The benefits include:

  • you won’t forget to pay as it is sent by your bank on the date you have chosen
  • if you owe money you can add it to your payments helping you to manage your debts
  • you keep control because of the Direct Debit guarantee

Our payment options are:

  • weekly
  • monthly on 1st, 8th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 28th

Simply call us on 01582 547983 or 547982 or send an email to [email protected] with your bank details and we'll set up your Direct Debit over the phone.

We will write to you confirming your payments and when they will be taken from your bank account. If the amount you have to pay changes, we will write to you advising you of the new amount and when the new payments will begin.
