You're entitled to help from us between the ages of 18 and 25 and our care leavers' Local Offer tells you exactly what you can expect - just click the links below to find out more.

• Luton care leavers' charter - this is what you can expect from the leaving care service, including useful contacts.
• Luton Council's mentoring programme for young people - this is part of our corporate parenting commitment to care leavers.
• Leisure facilities and activities for young people - your personal advisors want to support access to leisure facilities and activities.
• Support and advice are available through the 18+ Care Leavers Service.
• Young people get together at Chill-In Club - takes place on the first Thursday of every month.
• Luton family partnership service support for care leavers - comprehensive support to all families is provided.
