Meeting space for care leavers

Care leavers are able to use our care levers meeting spaces in Clemitson House to meet with their PAs and/or key professionals.

The care leavers space is located on the first floor of Clemitson House, on the corner of upper George Street and Gordon Street, opposite the current 18+ Office in the Town Hall extension. For more information please email: [email protected]

The Luton transition to adulthood for independence booklet is an assessment tool and checklist to aid discussion, planning and assessment in relation to:

  • preparation for independence
  • planning the transition to adulthood

It's been developed in conjunction with young people, leaving care personal advisers and other social care professionals.
