Following ongoing reports of fly tipping at the Calverton Road glass recycling centre, and as part of the council’s intensified ‘War on Waste’, officers from the council’s Investigations Team deployed CCTV at the location.

Santa’s sleigh will be stopping off at Market Hill, bringing some festive magic to Luton town centre. ‘Santa’s Sleigh Visit’ is completely free for all and will be on Saturday 29 November from 11am to 6pm.

Work to repair roads that are near the end of their life has been completed in Luton. These roads have been resurfaced to replace damage to the layers in the surface that cannot be treated or repaired in any other way.
