All nominations were reviewed by an independent judging panel, with representatives from the event sponsors, who selected the winners and awarded three apprentices Highly Commended Certificates.

The ‘Apprentice of the Year’ was awarded to Amaan Subhani of Willmott Dixon Ltd.

Councillor Javeria Hussain, Portfolio Holder for Education, Employability and Skills at Luton Council, said: “It was a fantastic night of celebrating the achievements of our apprentices; the dedication, skill, and enthusiasm of all nominees and winners really stood out. These awards are a testament to the value of apprenticeships in helping individuals gain skills, qualifications, and experience, while supporting our local businesses.

“I’d like to thank the many employers and training providers who make apprenticeships possible across Luton.
