If you need to speak to the duty planning officer they are available between 9am and 1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to receive phone calls and can be contacted by telephone on 01582 546317 on the mornings they are operating.
 
If you need to speak to a building control surveyor you will need to make prior a appointment.
