Luton, supporting you

Feeling worried about rising costs? It’s hard to know where to turn. We’re here to make sure you get the help and support you need.

We know times are hard and it can be tough to ask for help, but its okay to do so and better to seek support before things get more difficult to manage.

We understand that you're likely to be be worried about the impact of rising prices, with many of the most vulnerable households struggling to make their incomes stretch to cover the basics. This may also be affecting your mental health.

Together with our partners, we’re here to help with support for:

  • help with paying bills
  • concerns about rising energy costs
  • benefits and other financial help
  • employment guidance
  • housing advice
  • mental health issues and feeling isolated

Could you be better off?

We know things are tight for everyone at the moment and how important it is that we maximise our income.  Our Better Off Calculator can help you understand your income and outgoings, and to provide access to any support you may be entitled too.

By entering your household details it can help you understand which benefits you may be eligible for, and if you applied for them, how much better off you might be, as well as budgeting advice and guidance around reducing your household bills.
