Refugee and asylum seeker support

Refugee Week logo

Refugee Week, 17 to 23 June 2024

Refugee Week is the world’s largest arts and culture festival celebrating the contributions, creativity and resilience of refugees and people seeking sanctuary.

We're committed to ensure that Luton is a safe and hospitable place for everybody and is a town where refugee and migrant communities are welcome.

We recognise that the asylum process can often feel uncertain. Alongside our partners, we're working towards reducing crises and hardships that migrant and refugee communities are impacted by.

Luton Council benefits from our voluntary and community sector partners whose expertise and commitment to supporting migrant and refugee groups is invaluable.

This page includes a list of refugee and migrant organisations currently active in Luton, alongside links directing you to housing guidance and further move on support for people that have received refugee status or humanitarian protection.

You can also use our Luton Supporting You site to find support for non-immigration related issues.
