We understand that you're likely to be be worried about the impact of rising prices, with many of the most vulnerable households struggling to make their incomes stretch to cover the basics. This may also be affecting your mental health.

Winter weather advice for your home

Frozen pipes

It’s not just people that can be vulnerable to the effects of cold weather. Your home is too. Cold weather means your pipes are at risk of freezing which can cause them to expand and burst.
