29/11/2024 - UN International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People

Tens of thousands of innocent people have been killed, wounded or had their lives destroyed as a result of the now escalating conflict across the region. The sheer scale of devastation taking place is almost impossible to comprehend and continues to cause deep upset across our communities.

Today we reconfirm our message and hope for peace in the region and call on national and international leaders to bring about an immediate ceasefire, the safe return of all remaining hostages and ensure there is sufficient humanitarian aid in the region so the suffering can stop.

Every day that goes by without a peaceful and just resolution, and every innocent life lost, is a tragedy.
