04/03/2022 - International Women's Day 2022 in Luton: #BreakTheBias

Tuesday 8 March is International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.

This year’s campaign theme is #BreakTheBias, and is all about imagining a world with gender equality:
  • a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination
  • a world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive
  • a world where difference is valued and celebrated
Find out more about this year’s national campaign.

At the event there will be key presentations by women from a number of sectors including business leaders, charity CEOs and local government representative.
BLCF are looking to invite charity partners who work to support women's issues who will hear about EVOLVE’s Bursary for Women.
