16/06/2022 - Dallow Ward by-election

Voters in Dallow Ward will go to the polls on Thursday 4 August 2022 to elect a new councillor.

The by-election takes place following Cllr Hannah Adrees’ disqualification from holding office as a councillor.

An online meeting will be held concerning the election process for candidates and agents on Tuesday 21 June. If you would like to attend please email [email protected] and a link will be sent to you.

Nominations can be submitted between 1 July and 8 July 2022 (10am – 4pm).

All those eligible to vote are encouraged to ensure they are registered to do so in order to be able to take part in this important expression of local democracy.

This can be done at Register to Vote. It takes roughly five minutes to complete the form.

The deadline for registration is 19 July.

Those wishing to vote by post must apply to do so by 5pm on Wednesday 20 July. The deadline for proxy applications is 5pm on Wednesday 27 July.
