These are some commonly asked questions about e-payslips.
How will I access my e-Payslips?
You'll be able to access your e-Payslips anytime or anywhere with an internet connection. e-Payslips can be viewed from any internet enabled computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone or any other internet enabled device at home, either at work or on the move.
New starters will receive a welcome email around the 20th of each month.
How will I be notified when my e-Payslip is available to view?
You'll be able to sign up for email notifications once you've successfully logged into the ePay system.
Once you sign up for notifications, you'll receive a notification every month to tell you when your e-Payslip is ready. You can to opt out of these notifications should you wish to.
When will I be able to access my e-Payslips?
Your new e-Payslip will be available just before payday.
Can I access my e-Payslip outside of work?
Yes, your e-Payslips can be accessed on any internet enabled device in work, at home or on-the-go using any internet enabled device.
What happens if I leave Luton Council? Can I still access my e-Payslips?
Your e-Payslips will be available online to you for a period of three months after your termination date.
Can I still have a paper version of my payslip?
Yes. When you view your e-Payslip on the online portal you'll be provided with an option to print a copy from PDF format.
Can I use e-Payslips when applying for loans or mortgages?
Yes. All your e-Payslips are kept in one secure place on the online portal and you can download and save, or print copies from a PDF format, should you need them for a loan or mortgage application.
