Building control is not responsible for the health and safety of workers carrying out building works and we are unable to take action. If you have concerns about working practices, the health and safety of workers or please contact the HSE immediately who will investigate.

Please see our advice regarding general construction and demolition sites.  Any concerns or complaints you may have can be reported and will be investigated by the Council’s Neighbourhood Services team who have the relevant enforcement powers to take action when necessary.
