Luton infrastructure funding statements

Local Authorities are required to produce an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) on an annual basis as a result of changes to government legislation as required by the Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) (No.2) 2019. The purpose of the IFS is to provide an overview of developer contributions that have been agreed, received, allocated or spent over the latest financial period.

Luton Council does not operate a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) therefore these statements will only set out income and expenditure relating to Section 106 (S106) agreements over the stated financial period.
