Paying council tax in the borough of Luton doesn't automatically mean you're registered to vote. You need to register yourself - no one else can do it for you.

How do I register to vote?

The quickest and easiest way to register to vote is online. You'll just need to provide:

national insurance number
date of birth

To register you must be:

16 years old or over and
a citizen of Britain, the Commonwealth, Irish Republic or a European Union member state
