Need for intervention report

This report explains why we need to make changes to improve transport in Luton. It is a key part of our evidence base that supports the LTP5.

We collected lots of data to identify and understand challenges in our town and nearby areas.

The need for intervention report presents the current demographic, socio-economic and environmental context within the Luton.

We have identified 17 topic areas in which key issues are identified and their relationship to traffic and transport in Luton is discussed, we call these challenge statements.

Each statement is based on evidence and helps us understand what needs to be addressed.
