You need to create an account in order to go on and use MyAccount. Services currently available include:

  • report an environmental issue such as a pothole or abandoned car

Once you've completed the questions, we'll send you an email with information on how to activate your account. In most cases it should go straight to your inbox but you may want to check your spam or junk folder if you can't find our email.

Once you create an account the following services will be available to you.

Environmental reporting

  • Report a street care or cleaning problem including but not limited to:
    • fly tipping
    • litter
    • dog fouling
    • weeds in pavement
    • dead animals
  • Report a road or pavement problem including but not limited to:
    • street light faults
    • potholes
    • damaged pavement or kerbs
    • blocked drains
    • traffic signal faults
  • Report a park or open space problem including but not limited to:
    • litter
    • vandalism
    • dog fouling
    • bottle bank damaged
    • fly tipping

Reporting an issue through MyAccount allows real time tracking and you'll receive email updates relating to your report.

To login to MyAccount you will need to use the email address and password you entered when you created your account.

Make sure you activated your MyAccount by clicking on the link in the email we sent when you registered. If you no longer have that email you'll need to re-register.

If you didn't receive an email to activate your account within 30 minutes of registering, we suggest you check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find it, you'll need to re-register.

You can reset your password by answering your secret question.

If you've forgotten the answer to your secret question and have been locked out, please contact us (see below).

If you've forgotten your email address or no longer have access to it you'll have to re-register using a different email address.

Please note that this form is not for general or service specific enquiries or requests. If your question is not about using or accessing a MyAccount, you may not receive a response.
