Contact us about your tenancy

From time to time, you may have an issue and/or questions about your tenancy.

Tenancy self service portal

As a council tenant, the easiest option is to use our online tenancy self service portal. This applies if you:

  • live in either:
    • council housing
    • sheltered accommodation
    • temporary accommodation
  • rent a garage from us

This service enables you to:

  • see details of your tenancy
  • change your contact details
  • see and print your statements
  • link to online payments
  • report repairs
  • check your transfer details (if you have any)
  • manage your Direct Debit

The service is secure, free to use and only takes a minute to set up.

Tenant enquiry form

If you haven't been able to find the answer to your question, please use our tenant enquiry form. This has more advice and also allows you to submit your query online.

To complete the form you'll need:

  • your tenancy details
  • your rent account reference number
  • the type of council home you're living in

Once you've submitted your form, the Housing team will contact you within 5 working days.
