MECC Link Luton gives you access to information on national and local support services for key lifestyle topics for health improvement such as:
- affordable warmth, alcohol, bereavement, carers, dementia/memory problems
- domestic abuse, falls and frailty, financial inclusion, gambling, health checks
- healthy diet and healthy weight, housing and homelessness, mental wellbeing,
- physical activity, sexual health, smoking, social isolation and loneliness,
- staying well in the winter, substance misuse, suicide prevention, stay well - flu and COVID-19

MECC Link training is delivered by Total Wellbeing Luton aimed at professionals:
- to give you the confidence in talking about key areas of health and wellbeing - stop smoking, reducing alcohol intake, increased physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight & diet and promoting emotional wellbeing
- develop healthy conversation skills
- understand local and national services available
- understand the MECC approach and its importance for health and wellbeing
- MECC training can be delivered in person or online and is FREE of charge to groups or workplaces in Luton
