Complaints about being in care

By law, we must have a procedure to deal with your complaints.

If you are unhappy about your treatment while you are in care, or if you feel that a professional involved in the care process has not done what they should have, then you have the right to make a complaint and have it investigated.

You should have been given a leaflet on making a complaint - if not, ask your social worker for one.
