I wish to help provide adult social care services

With all the changes taking place in the provision of adult social care you may be interested in helping provide some of these services

The changes are called personalisation.

This means:

thinking about care and support services in an entirely different way
starting with the person as an individual with strengths, preferences and aspirations and putting them at the centre of the process of identifying their needs and making choices about how and when they are supported to live their lives
a significant transformation of adult social care services so that all systems, processes, staff and services are geared up to put people first.

The way we provide support through adult social care is changing so that people who need help will have greater choice in how that help is delivered. This will create new business opportunities for people or organisations that provide social care services.
