Our partners register with us through the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Partnership Scheme.

In addition to regularly submitting applications to us for projects within the borough, our partners use us to provide a plan checking service for projects outside of Luton. As they regularly use us, we have built up a trusted working relationship.

We do not recommend or endorse any individuals, organisations or businesses for any specialism. These partners are registered with Luton Council through the LABC Partnership Scheme and work closely with our Building Control service. We don't hold a preferred contractors or suppliers list either.

  • Site inspections will be carried out by the professional local Building Control team benefiting from local knowledge and contact
