Detailing how your application to a teaching post in Luton will be assessed.

Person specification for newly qualified teachers

It is essential that you demonstrate, in your application and at interview, the ways in which you fulfil the Person Specification. Criteria will be assessed through the following means, as indicated by the numbering against each one:

  1. application
  2. observed lesson
  3. interview

The supporting statement which accompanies your written application should address the relevant criteria of the person specification as laid out below.
