• undertake a two-week training programme, giving you some key knowledge and skills needed to work in the hospitality sector
• complete a two-week work placement in a local hotel, restaurant or coffee shop
• increase your confidence and improve your chance of being more successful at interviews
• identify, develop and transfer your existing skills into a career in hospitality
• develop effective communication and teamwork
• gain essential training for entering the industry, including health & safety and food hygiene
