Citizenship ceremonies
On this page ...
You have to attend a citizenship ceremony if you're 18 or over and have successfully applied to become a British citizen. You must book the ceremony within three months of being sent an invitation from the Home Office. If you don’t attend a ceremony in this time you may need to submit a new application.
You will receive a letter from the Home Office to confirm that you can book your citizenship ceremony. The Home office will notify us and we will write or email you directly to confirm the date and time of the group ceremony which we have booked you on. You do not need to contact us to confirm unless you wish to change the date or book a private ceremony.
Our group ceremonies are usually held on the last Wednesday of every month.
