Noise reporting

We are now using The Noise App version 2 (v2). The Noise App v2 allows you to send recordings as part of a noise complaint, directly to us from your smartphone or tablet.
If you have previously used The Noise App v1 please delete the app and reinstall ensuring you select v2. Your log ins from the first version should still be valid for the new app.
We can only deal with noise if it is a statutory nuisance - download the guide below which explains how we investigate statutory noise nuisance.

To download the app go to either
Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Please note you'll need an email account to use the app.
Once you've registered your details, you'll be asked to select a service provider. Please select Luton Borough Council. Full details can be found in the Noise App user guide.

Can't use the app?
If you don't have a ‘smart' device, or your device is too old to use the app, you can still report noise issues online or by phone to our customer services on 01582 510330.
