Trading Standards Service - Luton Council
The Trading Standards Team protects the interests of consumers and businesses both in Luton and further afield.
It is responsible for enforcing a wide range of legislation including:
- fair trading
- safety of products
- tackles rogue business using unfair and restrictive trading practices
This is aimed at protecting both consumers and legitimate business.
