Opening hours:
Monday to Saturday: 7am to 6pm
Sunday: 11am to 4pm
(Note: last ticket sales ½ hour before closing time)

National Express tickets and Information

National Express tickets can be purchased from Luton Travel Centre.

Tickets can also be purchased from the National Express Luton Airport, Onward Travel Centre, Terminal building Airport Way, Luton, LU2 9LU.

DaySave train tickets

These tickets are not available from the train stations but can be purchased from Luton Travel Centre (details above).
 

DaySave can be used from 10:00 Monday to Friday. It is not valid for travel on northbound services departing St Pancras International between 16:30 and 19:01 for journeys to any station between St Albans and Bedford inclusive.

DaySave can be used at any time on weekends and Bank Holidays for journeys on Thameslink services over the following routes only:

  • Bedford and Brighton
  • Bedford and Sutton (via Wimbledon)
  • Bedford and Sutton (via Mitcham Junction)
  • Bedford and Sevenoaks

DaySave tickets are not valid on any other journeys where Thameslink train services operate.

DaySave tickets costs are:

  • £22 for adults
  • £10 for children (a maximum of four accompanied children may travel with each adult for £2 each)

Coach day trips and holiday booking

Tickets that were processed by the Visitor Information Centre on behalf of Theobolds, Three Star and Tates, along with Barton Coaches can now be purchased  from Luton Travel Centre.

Luton Travel Centre

The Visitor Information Centre is now closed. However, many of its services are available from Luton Travel Centre (located in Starbucks and pictured above) opposite Luton station or the Town Hall reception.
