Monday 20 August - 20th anniversary of the London Luton Airport Concession agreement
Sunday 11 November - 100th anniversary of the end of World War One
Friday 14 November - 100th anniversary - Some women vote in a general election for the first time, with 8.5 million women eligible
Wednesday 21 November - 100th anniversary – The Parliament (Qualification of Women) Act is passed allowing women to stand for Parliament

2019

Thursday 30 May - 90th anniversary of the flapper election, where women aged between 21 and 29 vote for the first time
Friday 19 July 2019 - 100th anniversary of the Peace Day riots and the iconic burning down of the Town Hall
